Eyescream and Friends is a charming little Ice Cream shop in the heart of Barcelona. Eyescream & Friends' ‘ice cream’ is a shaved Taiwanese style ice cream made with Italian gelato and tastes like something between a sorbet and ice cream. Not only is the combination unique but also foreign to most people as it comes with sauces and toppings. A pair of eyes is then placed on top of the ice cream that is served to customers. Each character represents a flavor.
The store has since expanded to Singapore, and Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Korea, Malaysia and Morocco.
My role was to bring the brand to life - and utilize the elements and characters to tell stories and engage customers through social media, merchandise, and asset designs for digital and physical touchpoints.

To accommodate the middle-eastern/asian mall-culture (and high outside temperatures where people are dying for AC) where consumers spend more time inside the shops - We spent efforts in making a welcoming and family -friendly atmosphere for families.

Managing the franchise's social media channels, I created posts and stories with graphic content, which built on the brands' visual identity and told stories through the characters.
The franchise was a highly utilized photo-op for the many guests who shared their experience on social media. This provided the opportunity to crowdsource content and letting the users be brand advocates.
